Climate


Most of the time the weather is nice, warm with a clear sky and strong breezes to temper the heat. However from December to February, it is sometimes too cold to stay on the beach, when it is windy, and the nights are cool. As the archipelago of Turks and Caicos is more Southward than the archipelago of the Bahamas, its climate is more pleasant. Most of the rains fall between April and August (especially at the end of the day or during the night, so it will not spoil your holiday) It is a hotter and more humid period with a few tropical showers. The sea is quite rough in winter (from December to February) and calm in summer. Temperature of the sea : ----------------------- The sea temperature ranges from 23°C (73°F) in winter to 27-29°C (80,6/84,2 °F) in summer.
