Methods of payment in the Resort

The Club Med Pass:

This internal payment card will enable you to sign to your account your various purchases around the resort (excursions, massages...)You can get this card against a credit card deposit of 200 US Dollars, in reception.

Standard formalities :

Passport in course of validity is required.From the 26th October 2004, passports with OPTICAL CHARACTER READER are required in the scope of the visa exemption programme. If you do not have a passport, you have to get a transit visa USA, before your departure.

Children's formalities :
Minors who go to the U.S.A. must have their own passport in the course of validity.The current American legislation, concerning the children of less than 15 years appearing on the passport of the parents, is in the course of modification. Further information will be supply later as soon as the US official texts will be published.

Additional information :
From October 26th, 2004 PASSPORTS WITH OPTICAL CHARACTER READING will be compulsory within the framework of the program of Exemption of Visa. In default of it, a TRANSIT VISA the USA will be to obtain a TRANSIT VISA USA before the departure.

U.S.A. - Nationality : - Other nationalities

Standard formalities :

Proof of citizenship, passports, visas, tourist cards, health recommendations, inoculations (where required) and compliance with customs regulations are the responsibility of the member. Club Med Sales, Inc., shall not be responsible if boarding or entry is denied or delayed or if cancellation charges are imposed or additional costs incurred as a result of the failure to provide required travel documents. All information should be confirmed directly with the appropriate government consulate or tourist office in advance of departure. If a birth certificate is being used, please make sure it is an original or certified copy with raised seal, and bring an additional government issued picture I.D. (such as a driver's license).

New passport requirements: For travel outside the United States including Mexico and the Caribbean, a passport is now required. Please check www.travel.state.gov for complete travel information. Some countries may also require a Visa. Verify that your passport/visa has not expired (some countries will not allow you to enter on a passport that's due to expire in six months or less). Check with the Tourist Board to find out the requirements of the particular country you are visiting. You may check specific consular information for any country at www.travel.state.gov.

Special requirements may apply in the event a minor is traveling with a guardian or only one parent, including, but not limited to, notarized parental permission.
