Remy Camoin talks to us about the renovations

The new design of Club Med Punta Cana really wants to be innovating and modern, with a particular comfort for bathrooms and rooms.

Nature is the central theme of the aesthetic orientations, whilst keeping the exotic aspect of the place, that is the Caribbean. The use of simple materials such as Coral stone, wood and coatings carried out with local sand will give the feeling of total expatriation. The Family Suite bungalows with the highly colored facades are in total contrast with the limpid blue waters of the sea. Interior design is much calmer,sand colored walls, beige stone floors . In the bathroom, the molten glass and the marble will re transcribe the spirit and the clearness of the water.

The New Spa that is built in a traditional style with large thatched roofs, resembles a large "hut " where inside you will find refinement and total relaxation.

The restaurants are inspired by the sea, with soft forms which point out the waves. The lighting of all these new places will be sophisticated and particularly studied to create elegant ambiances."
